MEANDERINGS - SOLO EXHIBITION

Saddleworth Community Art Gallery is located in the village of Uppermill - a beautiful location surrounded by the stunning Saddleworth Moor on the edge of the Pennines.

In this solo show I will be displaying a collection of my latest works alongside some previous work from the last couple of years.

SHOWCASE 1 - QEST & Haddon Hall

I am so thrilled to be a part of this new collaboration between the Queen Elizabeth Scholarship Trust (QEST) and Haddon Hall - a Grade I listed medieval building with 900 years of history located in Derbyshire. 

‘Showcase 1’ is part of a series of events celebrating the rich history of craftsmanship whilst shining a spotlight on talented makers of today. You will find works from @fleurgrenier, @forsterstringer, @effieburnsglass @natajkasprzycka, @hannah_tounsend, alongside two of my pieces, Chorus in Blues and Jade Springs.

The exhibition will feature over 20 original felted works in the Cube Gallery, TBF first ever textile-led headline exhibition.

In this latest collection I explore the freedom of my original mixed media drawings to delve into the minutiae of the marks. From paper to fibre, I expand my curiosity through  colour, texture, and scale. with two of my largest pieces to date - Chorus in Blue and Chorus in Light.
