We take a huge amount of care in preparing your order but if you are not happy with your purchase, do not hesitate to contact us.
It may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt providing the item is returned in perfect condition.
Refunds on postage however cannot be made.
Your refund will be made via Stripe.
For any returns, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org When sending an item back for a return or exchange it should be posted with full insurance and using a Tracked or ‘Signed For’ or ‘Special Delivery’ service as we cannot be responsible for any returns lost or delayed in the post.
We are committed to protecting our customer’s privacy. When you place an order with us we will ask for your name, billing address, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address and payment method details. We ask for this information so that we can process and fulfil your order request. We will keep this information on our customer records. We will not sell or rent the information you give us to anyone else.
We work alongside select companies to provide certain services including credit card processing and shipping. We provide these companies with only the information they require to perform their services so that your privacy is respected.
If you sign up to our mailing list we will contact you from time to time to keep you updated on news or to send you details of upcoming exhibitions and events. You can of course choose to unsubscribe from this at any time.
Course cancellation & refund policy
If you cancel
If you change your mind within 14 days of booking you are entitled to a full refund according to the Consumer Credit Act.
If you wish to cancel your booking at any time more than 2 weeks prior to the date of the workshop, your fee will be refunded minus a £5.00 administration charge, alternatively you can transfer the full fee to something else without penalty.
If you change your mind within 2 weeks of the start of the workshop, no refunds or transfers can be made but will be more than happy to transfer your full fee to any other workshop (if places are available) or you are free to send a substitute.
If we cancel
If for any reason, it is necessary to cancel a workshop or course, all students will be notified immediately. Students will have the opportunity of a full refund or transfer their payment to another available course on the grounds that there are still spaces available.
We aim to deliver all courses as promoted on this website. Unfortunately courses may be cancelled, or changed, if enrolments are too low or in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Every effort has been made to provide accurate information. Valerie Wartelle Art can accept no responsibility for errors or omissions. We reserve the right to introduce changes to the information given here, including the addition, withdrawal, relocation or restructuring of the workshop / courses.
